Tube for the Petrochemical Equipment should be anti-oxidant, anti-vulcanization, anti-hydrogen-corrosion, anti-carburizing, anti-creep and anti-thermal-fatigue. The temperature ranges from 600℃ of pearlite chrome steel up to 1000℃ of austenitic stainless steel. For example, tubes for atmospheric furnace, vacuum furnace and coke oven are 1Cr5Mo; TP321H or TP347H for Hydrogenation reactor; Hk40 (ZG4Cr25Ni20) for Hydrogen conversion furnace; Pigtail tube Incoloy800; HK40 for Ammonia reformer; HP improved ZG4Cr25Ni40 for Ethylene cracking furnace. The temperatures for each kind of tubes are as following: 1Cr5Mo 550℃；1Cr9Mo 600℃; Ocr18Ni8 700℃; OCr18Ni8 750℃; Incoloy 800-900℃; HK40 1000℃; HP improved 1050℃.
